The day I fell in love with poetry and the day I fell in love with myself were very nearly the same. Some days still, I want out of my
skin, when disappointment envelopes me, not to the point of hatred as age defines life and it's too short to carry the burden of hate. That said, most days
I hate my poetry, (smiles) despise what I write, but am a lover by nature. What keeps me coming back are those rare, golden sunshine on naked skin days that do
not happen enough, when my poetry shines.
